Processing timeline for individual shipment
Every order placed with us is handled within 2 business days. On Sundays & major holidays, shipments are not dispatched. Please note that, the Shipments consisting of live plants are usually dispatched on Mondays of every week.
Please be informed that if we are dealing with a high volume of orders, shipments could be 1-2 days late. Requesting the consumer to allow the delivery process some more time.
We will be contacting or emailing you if there are any such shipping delays to let you know.
Fees for Delivery and Delivery Time
aglassbox.in offers Free Shipping at your doorsteps throughout India within 2-5 business Days.
However, please anticipate delays in delivery due to external factors like a natural disaster, political unrest, celebrations, or other important holidays.
Confirmation of Shipments
The real-time tracking information will be included in a Shipment Confirmation email sent to the customer. The customer would be informed in case of any delays.
Tariffs and Commissions
Any applicable commission or tariff (if any) added to a shipment is not the liability of www.aglassbox.in. The consumer is responsible for paying any commissions assessed after shipping.
Damages
Products lost or damaged in transit (by a courier vendor) are not the responsibility of A GLASS BOX. Customers are advised to contact the shipping firm to file a claim if the package they received was Damaged or Lost. Damages to Fish feed packets due to shipping or due to opening will not be refunded.
However, we will advise and assist the customer in bringing up the issue with the appropriate courier vendors. To register a claim, please record an unboxing video and save all the packaging materials from the damaged package.
