The WRGB II PRO by Chihiros is an LED system series, which serves the complete colour range of aquatic plants with its optimised design of differently coloured LEDs. It is particularly suitable for densely planted tanks and plants that need intense light. The WRGB II makes red, green and blue colours shine especially vividly.
The light-system is programmed via the “My Chihiros” App directly and does not need an additional timer, The app offers three colour channels “R” (red), “G” (green) and “B” (blue), and an extra W(white) fine adjustment channel. as well as individually programmable daily phases. Sunrise and sunset can be imitated, too. There is no need for an external timer because all schedules can be saved as desired.
The LED case is splash-proof at level IP43 and, therefore, made for usage above open tanks. The lamps of the series WRGB II are not designed to be used under a closed top.
The Chihiros WRGB II PRO was new launched in the end of year 2021. Compared to the original WRGB II. The new WRGB II PRO produce 40% more intense brightness than the original WRGB II, coverage for aquariums deeper than 20″ (50 cm). There are also changes in the mobile application compared to the WRGB II lamp. The new WRGB II Pro has an extra white (W) channel for fine adjustment and more control over the appearance.
